("PAC," "we," "us," or "our") located at www.peeralliancecommunity.com (the "Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Peer Alliance Community, Inc. governing your access to and use of this Site.
If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you are not authorized to access or use this Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any updates or modifications to these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. PAC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

PAC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use this Site solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. PAC reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to all or any part of the Site at any time and for any reason, including without limitation if PAC believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of these Terms and Conditions.

The PAC name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Peer Alliance Community, Inc. You may not use these marks without the prior written permission of PAC. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on this Site are the trademarks of their respective owners.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content on this Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not include the right to download, copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on this Site for any purpose without the express prior written consent of PAC. PAC will make reasonable efforts to respond to electronic inquiries received through this Site during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time. PAC does not monitor website contact forms or email in real time and cannot guarantee response times. Electronic communications submitted through this Site should not be used to report emergencies, crisis situations, or urgent safety concerns. Please refer to Section 7 for appropriate crisis and emergency resources.
7. Not a Crisis or Clinical Service
This Site and all communications channels associated with it are not monitored continuously and are not intended or designed to function as a crisis intervention, emergency response, or clinical service. Peer Alliance Community, Inc. is a community-based peer support organization. The content on this Site is provided for general informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute medical, clinical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, or legal advice. Nothing on this Site should be used as a substitute for professional medical or mental health treatment.
If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental health crisis, substance use emergency, or any situation involving a risk to life or the safety of any person, please contact the appropriate emergency service immediately:
PAC staff are not first responders, licensed clinicians, or crisis counselors acting in that capacity through this website. Do not rely on this Site or any communication submitted through it for immediate crisis support.
8. No Provider-Client Relationship
Your access to and use of this Site does not establish, create, or imply any provider-client, fiduciary, therapeutic, professional, or other special relationship between you and Peer Alliance Community, Inc. or any of its staff, contractors, or volunteers. No such relationship is formed unless and until a formal service engagement has been established through PAC's intake and enrollment process.

PAC is not responsible for and does not endorse any content posted by third parties on PAC's social media pages. PAC reserves the right to remove any content from its social media pages that is inappropriate, offensive, inaccurate, or inconsistent with PAC's values and community standards, without notice and at PAC's sole discretion. Please do not post personal health information, crisis situations, or other sensitive personal details on any PAC social media page — see Section 7 for appropriate crisis and emergency resources.
16. Termination
PAC reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion and without notice or liability to you, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to all or any portion of this Site at any time and for any reason, including without limitation if PAC believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with these Terms and Conditions or any applicable law or regulation. Upon termination, your right to use this Site will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms and Conditions that by their nature should survive termination — including without limitation intellectual property, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability — shall survive termination.
17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions and your use of this Site are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions. Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of this Site shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts of competent jurisdiction located in Wake County, North Carolina, and you irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts for such purposes.
