Take Control of Your Life

Your Goals Are Possible With PAC!

This is a connection  based on shared experiences, age, gender, cultural background, sexual orientation, or other aspects of identity.

A peer typically refers to someone who has personal experience living with a mental health diagnosis , and or substance abuse. Who received support outside of a facility to recover in their own wellness.

In peer support there are people who share common experiences or face similar challenges. They come together as equals to give and receive help based on the knowledge that comes through shared experience.

When we face something difficult, we ofter turn to people who have been there before. Peer support creates spaces for individuals to feel less alone and learn from others who have face similar challenges.

Peer support focuses on the individuals goals. The Individual set their own goals  on what  you would like to achieve.  Our Peers will guide you with support through life's challenges. Demonstrating hope, focusing on strengths, your plans, providing education, and offering a safe place and resources. We are here to help you reach you  goals, you may have thought were impossible. Providing recovery-wellness, person-centered, voluntary,  mutual respect for one another. Our Peers bridge the gap for individual to prevent inpatient services at facilities or hospitals.  We will meet you were you are by providing community- based settings to make you feel more comfortable in your recovery success and overall wellness.
